To personalize your concierge experience, we collect preference data you voluntarily provide, including travel preferences, dining preferences, accommodation preferences, and lifestyle interests. This may include preferred airlines, hotel brands, cuisine types, vehicle preferences, and special requirements such as dietary restrictions or accessibility needs.

2.3 Conversation Data

Interactions with Aura, including voice conversations and text messages, are processed to provide concierge services. Voice data is transcribed using secure speech-to-text technology and is not retained in audio form beyond the processing session. Conversation transcripts may be stored to maintain context and improve service quality.

2.4 Booking and Transaction Data

When you make bookings or purchases through the Service, we collect transaction details including booking references, dates, service types, and payment confirmation identifiers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we do not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

2.5 Usage and Device Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and usage patterns such as pages visited and features used. This data helps us maintain, improve, and secure the Service.

Local storage on your device is used only for user preferences, session data, and conversation history to enhance your experience.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used.
