Aura acts as an intelligent intermediary, facilitating connections between you and third-party service providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Aura Privé, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Accounts registered by automated means or by persons under the age of 18 are unauthorized and will be terminated.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through our supported sign-in providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Membership Tiers and Subscriptions

Aura Privé offers multiple membership tiers (Explorer, Executive, and Privé), each with distinct features, service levels, and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in accordance with the plan you select at the time of purchase. Free trial periods, where offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You may manage your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Refund policies are governed by the specific terms of each booking or service arrangement. Disputed charges should be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

7. Third-Party Services

Aura Privé facilitates access to services provided by third-party vendors, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, yacht charter companies, restaurants, and ground transportation providers. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.

8. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

Aura provides recommendations, suggestions, and information generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that Aura's responses are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. We recommend verifying critical details independently before making significant decisions based on Aura's suggestions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of others. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service, nor shall you use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage patterns.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of Privé International or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Privé International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
